We’re looking for a talented and motivated Professional Recruiter for our Tel Aviv HQ office, the heart of TabTale. Join our creative and fun work environment, and work with us in developing best-selling apps. You’ll be in charge of overseeing the talent operations and help to shape the company’s DNA, and you’ll take part in other core HR activities such as training, employee relations, HRIS, and more.

You’ll be part of our Global HR team and will report directly to the VP HR.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Drive the recruitment operations: planning; job profiling; sourcing; interviews; references; offers, etc.
  • Operational HR including headcount reports and analytics; on & off boarding; training; terminations, etc.
  • Execute & administer HR processes & programs
  • Work closely with the global HR team to improve collaboration, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Drive the TabTale employer branding
  • Provide HR policy guidance

Got what it takes?

  • Mature, energetic, multi-tasking and passionate person with the ability to own and independently drive forward projects and processes
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment in Hi-Tech companies – a must (global recruiting – advantage)
  • Strong sourcing skills – a must
  • Make-things-happen attitude: self-motivated, resilient and resourceful mindset with a “can do” approach
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • People person and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of English – a must
  • Relevant degree – a must
